§ 147-32. Trailers in use; permit and fee.

  • Any person who is now using a trailer or camp car within the Township of Logan for the purpose of a temporary or permanent dwelling, by sleeping or residing therein, may continue to do so, provided that a permit is secured for such trailer or camp car by making application therefor to the Township Clerk and by paying the required fee for such permit. The fee for such permit shall be $10, and said permit shall be good for a period of 30 days or until the first day of the next ensuing month, whichever date shall come first, or a permit may be purchased for a period of one year at a fee of $120. Any person permitted to make use of a trailer or camp car in Logan Township as provided herein shall always be in possession of a permit for the current month.
